She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Jackson and Muriel Jackson; and her siblings, Clinton and Bernice "Bunny" Gillan (late Everett). She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Demell (Chad); her grandsons, Koty, Patrick and Jim Okum; and her nieces and nephews, Connie Mclean (late David), Jennifer Mclean, Stephanie Smith (Doug), Lynn Lachaine (Pierre), Daniel Lachaine, Chantal Cochrane (Sean), Bert Gillan (late Jill) and Chad Gillan (late Crystal).

In memory of Blanche a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
