He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Carr (Schlievert) and Herman Carr; his siblings, Kenny (Lynn), Greg (late Tracy) and Cathie (late Jerry Cloutier); and his in-laws, Jean (MacLaren), Arthur McMillan, Kevin, Robert (Mary Teresa) and Kathy.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie (McMillan); his children, Chris (Amy), Tina and Scott; his grandchildren, Izabelle, Arthur Phillips, Kevin, Seth and Adelaide Carr; his niece Jamie (Kyle); his nephew Rodney; and also Odin.
A Celebration of Blaine's Life will be held at the Arnprior Legion, 49 Daniel Street N., Arnprior on Sunday December 10, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. In Blaine's memory please send no flowers, instead be kind, do no harm and try to bring a smile to someone in need...all it will cost is a moment of your time.
