It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie McGuire of Arnprior, Ontario, born in Fitzroy Harbour, Ontario, who passed away on August 11, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Bessie has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Joseph McGuire; her brother Grant Bowman (Bev); and her parents, Joe Bowman and Tillie Bowman. She is survived by: her children, Linda McGuire, Karen Taylor (Simon) and Scott (Jo-Anne); and her sibling Eddie Bowman (Carol).
