He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allan and Mary Elizabeth Stewart; and his brother James "Jim" Stewart (Ann). He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his stepsons, Shane Trimble (Noella) and Mark Trimble (Shannon Gutoskie); his grandchildren, James, Katelyn, Madison and Nicholas; and his nephew Trevor Stewart (Michelle Wassenaar).
