He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Clancy and Gladys Clancy; and his siblings, Nina Clancy and Russell Clancy (Kim). He is survived by: his wife Edie Clancy (Mackinnon); his children, Joseph Clancy (Sue), William Woods (Jill), Rhonda Baptiste (John) and Rebecca Quirion (Kyle); and his siblings, Nancy Scott (late Dennis), Cathy Swan (Neil) and Victor Clancy (Lori). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
