He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Parks (Hart) and Gerald Parks; and his sisters, Linda, Judy Parks and Betty Tryan.

He is survived by: his siblings, David Parks of Arden, Evelyn Parks of Napanee, Nancy Woodcock (John) of Colebrook, Donna Kmit (Donnie) of Napanee, Allan Parks (Karen) of Kingston and Larry Parks (Amy) of Napanee. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and many cousins.
