He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Flaxman and Helen Flaxman. He is survived by: his spouse Lynda; his children, Lyndsey (Sam) and Ashley (Justin); his stepchildren, Sandy and Jason; his grandchildren, Brandon, Danny and Alessandra; his sister Donna Brunner; his sister-in-law Belinda Flaxman (late Wayne Flaxman); and his nieces, Brandi (Paul), Tammy and Cheryl. He is also survived by his many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, relatives and friends.
