He was predeceased by: his parents, Louw and Clara; and his sister Anne. He is survived by: his wife Jane Van Zuiden; his children, Mary Beth, Thomas, Susan, Dorri and Lowell; and his sister Reena. He is also survived by 11 grand children, 11 great-grandchildren.
