He is survived by: his child Sidney De Boer; his wife Joanne; his children, Chris (Sarah), Martin (late Karen), Brad, Carrie (Nathan) and Sean (Rachel); and his siblings, Adri (John), Jasper (Margaret) and Arnold (Janet).
