He was predeceased by: his parents, Noreen and Frank; his brother Greg; and his nephew Alex Marshall. He is survived by: his siblings, Shelley Marshall (Pete), Janet Vallesi (Joe) and Darrin Filion (Christine); and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Boucher (Joel), Ed Marshall, Davis Vallesi, Kael and Fisher Beveridge.

Mark was also a longtime donor to a children's charity, through which he sponsored several children over the years.
