She was predeceased by: her brother James Dunbar of Scotland. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughters, Anne Nelson (Norm) and Elizabeth Ryan; her grandchildren, Alexandria, Ryan, Michael and Katherine; and her sisters, Rachel Kittredge of Dundas, Betty Martin of Bicester and England.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VON (Victoria Order of Nurses) or to the Alzheimer Society.
