She was predeceased by: her former husband Alan Carpenter; her husband Milt Purvis; and her sisters, Gladys, Evelyn and Edna.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn (John Sorowka) and Bob Carpenter; her stepdaughter Deb (Jim Kszan); her grandchildren, Carla, Cori (James), Lindsay (Jesse) and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Jace, Darby, Connley, Easton and Evie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
