He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Isabel and Mary Isabel. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Bruce (Lori Ryckman), Todd (Natalie Lopes) and Cheryl (Don McKay); his grandchildren, Heather, Kevin, James and Kayla; his great grandchild Violet; and his siblings, Myrna, Donnie, Wayne, Lorne, Diane, June and Brian. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to covid restrictions, a private family service will be held and Bruce will be laid to rest at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
