He was predeceased by: his aunt Karen Kane. He is survived by: his spouse Joycelyn Warden; his parents, Ron Affleck and Lina Affleck; his sisters, Linda and Lisa (Kyle Hallock); his niece Isabella; his grandparents, Gary, Sandra Affleck, Carmine and Antonietta Donatucci; and his aunts and uncles, Marino, Anna Donatucci, Lisa and Gary Langlois. He is also survived by his many cousins and friends.
