He was predeceased by: his daughter Brandy Peddie (Matthew); his parents-in-law, Frank and Marilyn Reid; and his brothers-in-law, Terry and John Reid.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Mandy Gignac (Kris Meloche) and Randy Harvey Jr. (Carol Wilson); his grandchildren, Riley, Joshua, Jake, Launa, Chance, Kiki and Max; his mother Beatrice Gignac (late Harvey); and his sisters, Linda Hunt (Michael) and Sharon Gignac (Lin). He is also survived by many nieces' nephews' relatives and friends.
