He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest and Cecile; his siblings, Margaret Buhlman, Louis Morin and Mary Louise Chibi; and his daughter Gloria Bondy.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Martin, Ernie, Mary Ann Martin and Ian Valentine; his grandchildren, Crystal, Michael, Christopher, Holly, Ernie Jr., Frank, Colton and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Callen, Ava, Melissa, Kelly, Danica and Cillian.
