In loving memory of Mary Louise Mayville (Amherstburg, Ontario), born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, who departed this world on March 11, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Carmine and Charlotte; and her brothers-in-law, Bill Mayville (Pat) and Tom Mayville.
She is survived by: her children, David Mayville (Kathy) and Kelly Hunt; her grandchildren, Mitchell Mayville (Taelor), Brett Mayville (Brooke) and Katelyn Thrasher (Trevor); her great grandchildren, Madison Mayville and Vita Mayville; her siblings, Nancy Simone and Carmen Simone (Debbie); her siblings-in-law, Jim Mayville (Diane), Deborah Mayville (late Bob), Theresa Mayville and Chris Mayville (Sian); her close friends, Dorothy Simone, Joy Hamilton and Margaret Beaudoin; and her son-in-law Mike Holden. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home (401 Sandwich St S, Amherstburg, ON N9V3K8). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Church (225 Brock St, Amherstburg, ON N9V2H3). The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at the St. John the Baptist Cemetery (225 Brock St, Amherstburg, ON N9V2H3).
