With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Catherine Smeltzer (Amherstburg, Ontario), who passed away on April 15, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her child Jamie Smeltzer; her parents, Wallace Caddel and Elsie Caddel; and her siblings, Morrison Caddel (Gail), Murla Finley (Paul), Margaret Cannard (Doug), Deanna Petersen (Grant) and Ivor Caddel (Irene).
She is survived by: her husband Douglas; and her children, Timothy Smeltzer, Paul Smeltzer (Kathleen), Jayne Thrasher, Lisa Beneteau (Lawrence) and Peter Smeltzer (Debbie). She is also survived by her many relatives and many friends.
