With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Simone (Amherstburg, Ontario), who passed away on March 10, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brothers-in-law, Guido Simone (Mary) and John Simone (late Concetta). She is survived by: her husband Steve; her children, Rita Nelson (George), Connie Simone (Victor), Dan (Joyce) and Theresa Pietrangelo (Tony); her grandchildren, Joseph (Leanne), Paul (Ruby), Chris (Connie), Mark (Patrick), Jennifer (Nathan), Michael (Kathryn), Anthony (Kristi), Steven, Danny (Frosilda), Marco (Ashley) and Alessandra; her siblings, Lucia, Rocco, Domenico and Antoniette; and her cousin Ada. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
