Lydia Ruston Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lydia Ruston (Amherstburg, Ontario), who passed away on February 22, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; her parents, Alex Gardiner and Loretta Gardiner; her brother Alex; and her granddaughter Hannah Frank.
She is survived by: her siblings, Larry (Pat), Lynda, Frattaroli and Carol Gheesling (Bob); her brother-in-law David Hunt (late Marilyn); and her close friend Mary Sue Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Families First (585 Sandwich St S, Amherstburg, ON N9V3W3). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
