He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Mead and Lucy Mead; his in-laws, William "Bill" and Helene Varga; and his sisters, Sheila Gabus, Veronica Manolakos (late Louis) and Teresa Colella (late Nello).

He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Jude Andrew Mead (Jennifer) and Ashleigh Harris (Nathan); his grandchildren, Hudson, Jude William, Hayden, Sophia, Ethan and Shelby; his siblings, Ronald (Milarosa) and Alice Fox (Roger); and his siblings-in-law, David Varga (Jocelyn) and Anna Won (Thorne). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and close friends.
