He is survived by: his children, Laura, Charles Venhuizen, David, Deb McGee, Graham McGee, Margaret and James Parkin; his grandchildren, Sarah, Luke, Matthew, Simon, Karla, Scott, Lisa, Russell, Cameron and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Luke, Jake, Liam Adelita, Casey and Kaiya.
