He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Phyllis; and his sister Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his sons, Jim (Julie Hodgson) and John (Amanda Marcon); his grandchildren, Christian, Ryan, Jake, Noah and Lucas; and his brothers, Patrick (Diane) and William.

“Very sad to hear that Frank has passed as he was a vibrant part of our lives.....the Friends of Willistead were happy that Grace brought her hubby to us, in fact, my first interaction with him was at a Easter party for the children ....he asked how he could help...and he did....help pick up the dog %#$¥! and garbage on the lawn so that we could have a great Easter egg hunt (and clean) for the children! We saw Frank and Grace at our Christmas celebrations with their Zone 6 goods even now ....”
