He was predeceased by: his wife Rosalina; his parents, Frank DiBartolomeo and Graziella DiBartolomeo; and his siblings, Maria DiNunzio (Donato), Annina DiCarlo (Salvatore), Concetta Ventura (Quirino), Pasquale DiBartolomeo (Angelina) and Antonio DiBartolomeo.
He is survived by: his children, Tom, Frank, Mario and Kathy; his grandchildren, Gia and Ray Leblanc; his great grandchild Oscar; his sister Rosalia D'Angelo (Giovanni "John"); and his siblings-in-law, Antonio D'Alimonte (Lucia), Joe D'Alimonte (Iolanda), Anna D'Onofrio (late Donato), Assunta Rosati (Giuseppe), Carmen (Angelina), Santino D'Alimonte (Inez), Maria D'Angelo (Tony), Amedeo and Angelina DiPaolo (Agustino). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
