He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oliver and Wanda Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Christa Oliver; his children, Alisha van Wyk (Will) and Larissa Bowden (Kass); his grandchildren, Lux and Ivy; his siblings, Steve Oliver (Maureen), Dave Oliver (Joe) and Carolin Patrick (Craig); and his sibling-in-law Jamie Dawson (Florence). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
