He was predeceased by: his wife Agatha Szin; and his parents, Frank Hardacre and Gladys Hardacre. He is survived by: his children, Katie Anne Jackson, Clair Slattery and Simon Hardacre; his stepchild Ariel Szin; his grandchildren, Hannah, Ben, Lois and Maddie; his great grandchildren, Spencer and Luis; and his sister Josephine "Josie" Richards.
