He was predeceased by: his siblings, Manuel, Jose Louis and Edgarde. He is survived by: his spouse Celina; his children, Madalena Medeiros (Juvenal), Aniceto Almeida (Christina) and Sonia Goncalves (late Jack); and his siblings, Evelina and Raimundo.
