He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Edwin and Rose. He is survived by: his parents, Charleen Clark and Jim Clark of Alvinston; his siblings, Stephanie Clark (Joe) of London, Brittany Oake of Sarnia and Brett Jackson; his grandparents, Sue Jackson (Geoff Batisite), Bob and Linda Jackson; his great-grandparents, Donna Jackson and Harry Clark; and his aunts and uncles, Sherry Rombouts (Anthony), Bobbi Jackson (Kerri Singh) and Amanda Jackson.

The family requests that memorial donations may be made to "Raise the Roost Campaign" (cheques payable to the Municipality of Brooke/Alvinston).
