He was predeceased by: his siblings, Steve Jr. and Helen Calhoun; and his niece Rosemary. He is survived by: his wife Alma; his children, Mike Chalupka (Ann), Julie Field (Tom), Brian Chalupka (Jennifer) and Patty Meston (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Jordan Chalupka, Taylor Chalupka, Ashleigh McLean (Greg), Jennara Field, Kyle Chalupka (Meagan), Shelby Chalupka, Corey Chalupka, Mitch Meston, Logan Meston and Marshall Meston.
