She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Edgar; her son Gordon Edgar; her brother Duncan McPhee (Sadie); and her parents, Anna McPhee and Robert McPhee.

She is survived by: her sons, Bob (Shari), Don (Susan) and Jerry; her grandchildren, Debbie Cross (Jeff), Joe Edgar (Jessica), Nick Edgar (Rebecca), Jeannie Etchells (Mike) and David Edgar; her great grandchildren, Carter, Wyatt and Easton Cross; her grandchildren, Liam, Claire Edgar, Sebastian and Francesca Etchells; and her family, Concession and Alvinston.

In memory of Evelyn, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Hope United Church.
