She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Boyes; her parents, Roger Shaver and Colleen Shaver; and also Darwin. She is survived by: her children, Benjamin (Laura), Victoria (Dan) and Timothy (Laurie); her grandchildren, Michelline Emond (Luckas Thompson), Liam and Lucas Lafortune; and her siblings, Deborah and Vernon. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
