He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Joan; and his sister Brenda Hayes (late Pat). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Ryan (Susan) and Kayla; his granddaughter Georgiana; his sisters, Jill Weitzel (Dennis), Kim Pullen (John) and Tammy Hopkins (Jon); his nieces and nephews, Jen (Nate), Mat, Andrew (Katherine), Shannon (Marko), Mitch, Josh, Rylee and Lexi; his sisters-in-law, Beth (René) and Juli (Bruce); his nephews, Adam and Tyler; and his niece Jenna.
