He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm and Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth (Matthew), Rainey, Bryana and Teague; and his siblings, Russell, Goldwin, Annlea, Rodney and Frances. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
