It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Dianne Dack of Almonte, Ontario, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Thompson and Vera Thompson (Argue). She is survived by: her spouse Glen Dack; her sons, David (Marianne), Arthur and Timothy; her sisters, Myrtle McNeely (Allan) and Linda Thompson; and her nephews, Phillip and Matthew McNeely.
