He was predeceased by: his sister Susan Crouse; and his parents, Walter and Emily. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; and his siblings-in-law, Heather Lind (Paul), Dennis (Irene) and David (Fran). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
