The memory of Michael John Dunn (Almonte, Ontario), born in Woodstock, Ontario, who passed away on September 6, 2024 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dunn and Marie Dunn (Dewan); and his former spouse Beryl Bachelder. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Brian Bachelder (Diane), Scott Bachelder and Bonnie Pringle (Doug); his grandchildren, Colin, Amy, Becky (Coleman), Gerald (Cindy), Ariel (John) and Natilie (Brett); his great grandchildren, Penelope, Thatcher, Herschel, Alyssa, Reid, Isabelle, Archer, Timber and Deacon; his wife Sue Evans; his stepchildren, Bronwen Evans Sara Evans (Rob Nicol) and Aaron Evans Nathan (Melanie McLaughlin); and his siblings, Patrick (Gail), Margaret, Catherine Cameron, Kevin (Gwen), Maureen (Doug Crane), Sheilagh (Daniel Cybulski), Mary Ann (Archie Chisholm), David (Cindy Winther), Angela (Peter Krumme), Theresa (Jay Scholes) and Peter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the St. Paul's Anglican Church (70 Clyde St, Almonte, ON K0A1A0). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mississippi Valley Textile Museum would be appreciated by the family.
