Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marie Dunn (Almonte, Ontario), born in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 98, on June 28, 2021. She was predeceased by: her husband John; her siblings, Helen Knollmeyer, John and David; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Dewan and Louise Dewan.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Sue Evans), Patrick (Gail), Margaret, Catherine Cameron (late Bernard), Kevin (Gwen), Maureen Crane (Doug), Sheilagh (Dan Cybulski), Mary Ann Chisholm (Archie), David (Cindy Winther), Angela (Peter Krumme), Theresa Scholes (Jay) and Peter; her sisters, Patricia Wilson and Margaret Spence; and her brother-in-law Roger Knollmeyer.
Along with her quilting and crafts and her mantra of, "You have to learn to enjoy your own company," the connection to her far-flung family helped her to weather the long days of the pandemic.
