With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Quantrill (Almonte, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Margaret may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Margaret touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Caldwell and David Caldwell; and her husbands, Herb Quantrill and Keith McMunn. She is survived by: her nieces, Norma Stanzel, Linda MacDonald and Dawna Parker.

Donations to Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
