With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lisa Welter (Almonte, Ontario), born in Vernon, Ontario, who passed away on May 25, 2018 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Jeff Jarvis; her parents, Ernie Welter and Ellie Welter; and her brothers, Rick (Heather) and Russ (Linda).
