It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leetia Nowdluk-Wisintainer (Almonte, Ontario), who passed away on August 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Jay Wisintainer; her children, Quentin Qaqqasiq Wisintainer of Lanark County and Teresa Ooloota Nowdluk; her grandchildren, Genevieve and Felix of Iqaluit; her siblings, Elisapee Nowdluk, Levi Nowdluk and Saila Nowdluk; and also Senator Dennis Patterson. She is also survived by siblings, extended family, friends.
