She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Larose and Alexina Larose (Larivière); and her siblings, June, Joan, Gerry, Lyle and Anne.

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Church; her children, Sharon Church Thompson (Kevin) and Rick Church (Lisa); her grandchildren, Scott Thompson (Jayme), Tarah Creppin (Derek), Kirk Thompson (Marie), Connor Church (Holly) and Graedon Church (Katie); her great grandchildren, Colton, Kinley, Brantley Creppin and Loïc Thompson; and her siblings, Roger Larose (Rachelle) and Lila Martel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Carleton Place and District Memorial Hospital Foundation in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
