She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil D. Dow; her parents, Russell Hoy and Lula (McDonald); and her sister Wilda (George Toner). She is survived by: her niece Gayle; her children, Deborah, Gregory, Stephen (Susan) and Susan (Dennis); her grandchildren, Dana, Dennis Jr., Darlene, Dylan, Melissa, Tyler and Jarrett; and her great grandchildren, Lyla, Hailee, Ayden, Ayvree and Aryia.
