He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Sinanan and Agnes Sinanan; and his siblings, Molly, Alma and Lionel.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Sinanan; his children, Wendy (Victor), Jo-Ann (Willi), Gary (Mala), Margaret (Kim), Mary (Steve) and Sam (Hema); his grandchildren, Stephanie (Mike), Alison (Mitch), Danicca (Gavin), Malary, Alessandra, Denise, Matthias, Subira, Maya, Ava, Madelyn, Riann, Zachery, Renee and Rendell; his great grandchild Leah; and his sisters, Isabelle (Vio), Olive, Irma and Grace.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations to be made to the Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) and Dementia Care Unit at Brampton Civic Hospital, a cause close to Samuel's heart. Donations can be made at the church with the donation cards provided.
