He is survived by: his wife Paula Arcand; his children, Shelley Bailey (Chris), Jason Arcand (Jennifer) and Ryan Arcand (Sjoukje); and his siblings, Trevor Arcand, Rena Ellis (Ray), Garnet, Lawson, Clarence, Francis, Elwood and Leonard. He is also survived by his sisters & brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
