He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ron Collins (Jean), Pete Collins (Mary), Jack Collins (Peg), Sheila Zwicki (Carl) and Mary Bird (Frank).
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Collins; his children, Kimberley Collins (Eddy De Matos), Christine MacNeil, Ken Juschka (Fernande) and Sheila McIntosh (Jim); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Jeffrey, Daniel, Nicole, Ian, Joseph, Abraham, Amanda, Nathan, Shawn and Eddie. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
