He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wayne, Paul and Christine. He is survived by: his wife Holly Knowlton (Nee Malloy); his stepchildren, Jenny, Jim (Cathy) and Jason; and his siblings, Steve, Valerie, Elaine, Lucinda and Julia. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many friends.
