He was predeceased by: his wife Letty Barolet; and his son John Edouard Barolet. He is survived by: his sons, Marc, Paul and Noel (Julie); his grandchildren, Paisley, Luke, Melanie and Katrina; and his sister Louise Barolet.
Paul endured the Covid-19 pandemic with video calls and family dinner nights from which he took great pleasure until his hospitalization in 2022.
