He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marie Jong; his child Kim Sledz (Peter); his grandchildren, Sheryl (Jay) and James; his great grandchild Amelia; and his brother Paul Jong.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew's Anglican Church (125 Wellington St W, Alliston, ON L9R1K1).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
