She was predeceased by: her parents, John Patko and Mary Patko; her daughter Mary; her husband Stefan; and her sisters, Annie, Rose, Kay and Evelyn.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Alison (Carl) and Taylor; and her great great grandchild Logan.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
