He was predeceased by: his father Roland; and his parents-in-law, Norm and Sylvia. He is survived by: his mother Rejeanne (Louisseize); his brothers, Andre and Daniel; his wife Kim (Avey); his children, Jonathan, Crystal, Corey and Blair; his grandchildren, Kaydence and Lukas; his brothers, Robert and Allyson; his nephews, Stefan, Michael, Colin and Blake; and his niece Katelyn.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Matthews House Hospice in Alliston ON or to Headwaters Healthcare Centre in Orangeville.
